Every cabinet is brightness- and colour-calibrated together before dispatch, and we ship from a single batch so seams don't show on camera. Dead-pixel check happens at load-out and again at load-in — with your team watching, if you want.

You get the exact canvas size in pixels 72 hours before the show, plus PowerPoint and Premiere templates already set to it. Then we play your real deck and your real video on a test wall before load-in. A wrong aspect ratio becomes a Tuesday email, not a show-day emergency.

The technician doesn't leave after load-in. One trained operator sits at the desk from rehearsal to the last speaker, on your run-sheet, taking cues from your anchor. Every truck carries a backup processor, spare data and power cables, and spare cabinets — so a failure is a 90-second swap, not a dead wall.

Free site recce before anything is confirmed. We measure ceiling height and load, available power phase and amperage, service lift and door dimensions, and truck access to the loading bay. We prepare the technical drawings and load calculations your venue's engineering team asks for — and we submit them ourselves.

We handle the technical side: drawings, load calculations, rigging plan and equipment list for the venue's engineering team, submitted by us. Licences that belong to you as the event host — music, public-event and similar — stay with you, and we'll tell you which ones apply at the recce.
Send whatever you have. Reformatting existing decks and videos to the wall's canvas is part of the job. Building content from scratch — motion graphics, opener animations, walk-in loops — is a separate quote, and we say so upfront rather than surprise you later.
Most indoor walls run on a three-phase 32A supply; smaller walls manage on 16A. We confirm the exact load at the recce and give it to your venue in writing. If the venue can't provide it, we size a generator and quote it before the event, not on the day.
