Your townhall is riding on a screen nobody tested. We rent calibrated LED walls across Bangalore & Karnataka — one all-in price, your content checked before load-in, and an operator who stays until the last speaker walks off.
Every one of these is something a Bangalore event manager has already lived through. Scroll down and you'll find exactly what we changed so it doesn't happen on yours.
"I asked four vendors on Monday. It's Thursday, two still haven't replied, and my event is in nine days."
"The quote said one number. The invoice added labour, transport, power distribution, rigging and a standby charge."
"Half the panels are brighter than the rest. In the event photos and on the livestream, the wall has visible bands."
"Our deck was built 16:9. The wall turned out to be 3.4:1. The MD's photo was stretched and we found out at 9:40 on show day."
"The screen died during the MD's address. The setup crew had already left and nobody on site knew what to do."
"The hotel wouldn't allow ceiling rigging, the service lift was too small for the panels, and the power point couldn't take the load."
Not promises — operational changes. Each one below is the direct answer to the pain point in the same position above.
Send the date, venue and rough audience size, 9am to 9pm. You get back a wall size in feet, the right pixel pitch for that room and one all-in number. If our stock isn't free on your date, we say so in the same reply instead of going quiet.
Panels, spare cabinets, ground support or truss, processor and backup, all cabling, transport anywhere in Karnataka, crew, operator and dismantle — all inside the quoted figure. GST is a visible line on the quote, not a surprise on the invoice. If your show runs two hours long, we don't re-open the bill.
Every cabinet is brightness- and colour-calibrated together before dispatch, and we ship from a single batch so the seams don't show on camera. Dead-pixel check happens at load-out and again at load-in — with your team watching, if you want.
You get the wall's exact pixel dimensions three days before the show, plus PowerPoint and Premiere templates already set to it. Then we play your real deck and your real video on a test wall before load-in. A wrong aspect ratio becomes a Tuesday email, not a show-day emergency.
The technician doesn't leave after load-in. One trained operator sits at the desk from rehearsal to the last speaker, on your run-sheet, taking cues from your anchor. Every truck carries a backup processor, spare cables and spare cabinets — so a failure is a 90-second swap, not a dead wall.
We measure ceiling height and load, available power phase and amperage, service lift and door dimensions, and truck access to the loading bay. The technical drawings and load calculations your venue's engineering team asks for — we prepare them and we submit them.
A P6 wall in a 200-seat ballroom looks like a mesh from row three. A P2.6 wall on an open ground is money spent on resolution nobody can see. This is the table we quote from.
| Pitch | Comfortable from | Best for | Brightness | Environment |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| P2.6 | 2.6 m | Product launches, press backdrops, anything shot close-up for social | 1,000 nits | Indoor |
| P3.9 | 3.9 m | Ballroom stage backdrops, townhalls, award nights, panel discussions | 1,200 nits | Indoor |
| P4.8 | 4.8 m | Large halls, side screens for overflow seating, exhibition stands | 1,500 nits | Indoor / covered |
| P6.6 | 6.6 m | Open grounds, sports days, daytime campus events, dealer meets in tents | 5,500 nits | Outdoor · IP65 |
| Wall size | Aspect | Suits an audience of | Typical setup |
|---|---|---|---|
| 12 × 8 ft | 3 : 2 | up to 100 | Meeting-room townhall, floor-standing |
| 16 × 9 ft | 16 : 9 | 100 – 300 | Standard stage backdrop, ground support |
| 20 × 10 ft | 2 : 1 | 300 – 600 | Ballroom main wall plus podium screen |
| 32 × 10 ft | 3.2 : 1 | 600 – 1,500 | Wide stage, truss-hung, with side screens |
Non-standard sizes are built from 500 × 500 mm cabinets — tell us your stage width and we'll fit the wall to it.
The second column is the one most vendors won't put in writing. That's exactly why ours is here.
Quoted separately and always before you sign: outstation travel beyond Karnataka, multi-day holds, content production from scratch, and venue-imposed charges we don't control.
A wall on its own isn't a stage. Take the LED alone, or the whole visual setup from one team with one bill and no vendor coordination on your side.
P2.6 to P4.8 panels for ballrooms, auditoriums and meeting-room townhalls.
5,500-nit IP65 panels that stay readable in open grounds and afternoon sun.
The part that actually breaks on show day — handled by us, not by your intern.
Optional — if you'd rather not brief four vendors for one event.
Same crew, same stock, same standard — whether it's forty people in a boardroom or fifteen hundred in a convention centre.
Don't take our word for it. Here's what teams who trusted us have to say.
"Our annual townhall had 800 employees. Manya handled the sound, LED wall, and lighting. The stream quality was so good our remote team thought it was a TV production."
"We launched our product in front of 500 investors and media. The LED wall, lighting transitions, and sound were absolutely flawless. Multiple attendees asked who handled the production. Manya made us look world-class."
"Our annual awards night for 300 employees needed perfect timing - walk-up music, spotlight cues, video playback. Manya rehearsed with us the day before and executed every single cue perfectly on the night. Zero hiccups."
Tell us the date, the venue and roughly how many people. You'll have a wall size, a pixel pitch and an all-in number back within 30 minutes during working hours.
